Privacy notice — Santara AI host tools

What stays in your browser

Everything you type into a tool — prices, costs, Wi-Fi names and passwords, guest details — is processed in your browser and is not sent to us. The Wi-Fi tools load no third-party scripts at all.

What we receive when you ask for a report

Your email address; whether you ticked the marketing box, with the exact wording you saw and its version; which tool you used; the page language; your country as reported by our content network; and the time.

We do not receive the numbers or text you entered.

Why

To keep a record of who used our tools, and — only if you ticked the box — to send you hosting tips and Santara AI news. Without that tick we do not send you marketing email.

Where it is kept and for how long

In Santara AI's customer records on Amazon Web Services in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). If you did not opt in to marketing and have not spoken to us, the record is deleted after 12 months.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email hello@santara.ai from the same address.
