How it works

Each room gets its own short list of specific jobs, not vague ones like “clean the bathroom”. A bedroom covers stripping the bed, checking the mattress protector, making the bed, dusting, emptying drawers, testing the AC, the floor and the bin. Bedrooms and bathrooms are numbered so nothing gets skipped in a bigger place.

The rooms follow the order most cleaners work in: bedrooms and bathrooms first, then laundry, kitchen and living area, then outside spaces, the entrance and a lock-up routine. A studio gets one combined room and a kitchenette list; houses and villas add the gate.

The checklist language is separate from the page language, so you can read this page in English and print the list in Thai, Vietnamese or Indonesian for your cleaner. The last box, for damage, missing items and low supplies, has blank lines to write on.

What should an Airbnb cleaning checklist include?

Every room the guest used, with specific tasks: linen changed, toilet and shower scrubbed, dishes put away, fridge emptied, floors done, bins emptied and supplies restocked. Add a lock-up routine (AC off, windows shut, keys back) and a place to report damage and anything running low.

How long does a turnover clean take?

It depends on the place, the cleaner and how guests leave it, so there is no reliable general number. Time your own cleaner on a few turnovers and plan from that, because layout and how guests leave the place matter more than size.

Can I give the checklist to my cleaner in Vietnamese, Thai or Indonesian?

Yes. Choose the checklist language on its own: the tasks, room names and report box all switch, while this page stays in your language. Print it, or copy it as text and send it in WhatsApp, Zalo or LINE.

Is my data saved?
