Wi-Fi sign generator
Type your network name and password, pick one of four type-only designs and a paper size, and print. The sign shows the Wi-Fi name, the password and a QR code guests scan with their camera, nothing else. Choose A6, A5, 4×6 in or a tent card that stands on a desk.
The sign carries Wi-Fi details only — no house rules.

The password never leaves this device. Nothing is saved, measured or sent.

What Santara AI does for you
In Santara AI, one QR code opens the whole guest guidebook
- 01 A guest guidebook behind one QR code. Wi-Fi and door details appear only to guests with a real booking, during their stay.
- 02 Your house rules and stay details live with the listing, so the guidebook and AI reply drafts answer guests from the same facts.
- 03 One inbox for every channel, WhatsApp and Zalo, with an AI reply drafted in the guest's own language for you to check and send.

How it works
The QR code holds the same text a phone reads in Wi-Fi settings: the security type, the network name and the password. Scanning it joins the network straight away; the printed name and password are there for laptops and older phones.
The preview is drawn at the real proportions of the paper, in millimetres, so what you see is what prints. The print sets the page to the size you chose with no margins, so print at 100% (actual size). A tent card prints the sign twice, one copy upside down: fold along the dashed line and it reads upright from both sides.
Everything is drawn in your browser. The password is not put in the address bar, saved, measured or sent anywhere.

Questions hosts ask
Why can't I add house rules or a welcome message to the sign?
The sign deliberately carries only the Wi-Fi details. Airbnb has said that from 20 November rules shown on signs in the home should not add anything that isn't in the listing, so keep house rules in the listing's house rules section and the house manual. Check Airbnb's current policy for the exact wording.
Which size should I print?
A6 (postcard) fits a frame on a desk or the back of a door. A5 is easier to read from across a room. 4×6 in fits standard photo frames and photo paper. The tent card stands on its own on a bedside table or a counter.
The printed QR code doesn't scan. What should I check?
Print at 100% or 'actual size', not 'fit to page', on matte paper, and keep the white border around the code. Glare from glossy paper or a frame's glass is the most common reason a phone can't read it.
Is it safe to put the Wi-Fi password on a sign?
Only on a guest network, never on the network your cameras, smart locks or computers use. Change the guest password between long stays if you want, and print a new sign the same day.
