How it works
Each message has blanks for the guest's name, your property, check-in and check-out times, your name and the way in. Fill them once on the left and they appear, highlighted, in every message; anything still empty shows as a bracketed blank in the guest's language so you can't send it by accident.
The messages are written in advance in English, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Thai, in a warm and a short version, so they read like a person wrote them. Thai messages end in ค่ะ or ครับ, whichever you use. Times are written the way each language writes them.
Send the confirmation right after booking, the arrival message a day or two before, the check-in the morning after arrival, the reminder the evening before checkout and the review request after the guest leaves.

Questions hosts ask
When should I send each message?
Confirmation within an hour of booking, arrival details one or two days before check-in, a short check-in the morning after arrival, the checkout reminder the evening before, and the review request a few hours after checkout.
Should I put the Wi-Fi password or door code in these messages?
These templates leave Wi-Fi details out on purpose. Send access codes as close to arrival as you can, and keep the Wi-Fi in a guidebook or on a sign inside the home.
Can I ask guests for a review?
Yes, a polite request after checkout is normal. Don't offer anything in return for a review or ask for a particular rating; platforms don't allow it.
Which tone should I use?
Warm suits families and first-time guests who like a personal touch. Short suits business travellers and repeat guests who just want the facts. You can switch at any time and copy either.
